For over 50 years it was the summer residence of Prince William, later Emperor William I and his wife, Augusta of the House of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.<br \/>\nThis castle was build in two phases over the period 1835\u20131849.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1990, Babelsberg Palace has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site &#8220;Palaces and Parks of Potsdam and Berlin&#8221;.<br \/>\nSince 2013, the palace has been undergoing an intense renovation of its facades and interiors.<\/p>\n<p>Schloss Sch\u00f6nhausen is a Baroque palace at Niedersch\u00f6nhausen, in the borough of Pankow, Berlin, Germany. It is surrounded by gardens through which the Panke river runs. The palace is maintained by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg and reopened to the public in 2009 after extensive restoration.<br \/>\nThe palace got remodeled in to the building what it is today between the years 1691-93.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-120\" src=\"https:\/\/oldehanhoff.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/1024px-Schloss_Babelsberg_31.jpg\" alt=\"1024px-Schloss_Babelsberg_3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"681\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-121\" src=\"https:\/\/oldehanhoff.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Berlin_Schloss_Schoenhausen_06-20141.jpg\" alt=\"Berlin_Schloss_Schoenhausen_06-2014\" width=\"2487\" height=\"1658\"><\/p>\n<p>In 1998 Rammstein did a re-release of their very first single and video, Du Riechst So Gut &#8217;98.<br \/>\nThe new video was directed by&nbsp;Philipp St\u00f6lzl and was shoot at 2 different castles in the Berlin area,&nbsp;Schloss Babelsberg and Schloss Sch\u00f6nhausen.<br \/>\nThe later of the two castles was used for the interiour shots.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rrmsJhf89MY\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bcjhHSjr8vo?list=PLVTLbc6i-h_jrBbbUSNu4CYnyjgY5J0gi\" allowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"394\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schloss Babelsberg lies in the eponymous park and quarter of Potsdam, the capital of the German state of Brandenburg, near Berlin.
