Het pretpark is eigendom van de Luna Park Reserve Trust, een agentschap van de regering van New South Wales , en werd toegevoegd aan het New South Wales State Heritage Register op 5 maart 2010.<br>Het park opende in 1935 op ongeveer 600meter afstand van de noordelijke toerit tot de Sydney Harbourbridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De oudste attractie in het park is de in 1962 geopende houten Wild Mouse achtbaan.
