Het circuit is ontworpen door de toenmalige technisch directeur van de FIA, Jaime Nogu\u00e9. Het circuit werd \u00e9\u00e9n keer gebruikt voor een raceweekend uit de Formule Renault 3.5 Series en Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 in 2005. Winnaars van deze race waren de Pool Robert Kubica (Formule Renault 3.5) en de Duitser Michael Ammerm\u00fcller (Formula Renault 2.0).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het 4.037 km lange circuit bevatte in totaal o.a. 19 bochten linksaf en 14 bochten rechtsaf en stak tweemaal de rivier Nervi\u00f3n over.
