Het is het oudste park van de SeaWorld-keten.<br>Het park ligt in het Mission Beach District, niet ver van <a href=\"https:\/\/oldehanhoff.nl\/?page_id=17686\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"17686\">Belmont Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SeaWorld San Diego opende in 1964 haar deuren onder de naam <em>SeaWorld California<\/em>. Bij de opening bedroeg de oppervlakte van het park slechts 89.000 m<sup>2<\/sup> en had het park een aantal dolfijnen, zeeleeuwen en twee zoutwateraquaria.
